Whether you have a chain of retail outlets of three or thirty, administering them must be a tremendous headache. Particularly from a distance. But what if you could study their sales from your office within a few minutes of them cashing up at the end of the day?
Each shop till has the same qualities and benefits as the normal till program but with the extra dimension of being able to upload and download information between the shops and your head office. Using the internet, this is now possible.

There is a full-featured administration program which you use to download and import all the information from all the shops, so you can monitor sales of items and of shops, prepare and send new and replacement stock to each shop - so that when the goods are being stacked on the shelves in each shop, the till system is downloading all the new quantities, bar codes, descriptions, prices and discounts. You control what goods are called and what their barcode is - this ensures all shops have the same information regarding each product.
You control the pricing. You control the discounts. If extra discounts are being given, you will see this when the sales information arrives at the end of the day.
You control the till receipt text, the returns policy, addition of new shop staff (and removal of old staff).
You can printout sales reports in a variety of layouts - with more layouts being added whenever you wish.

What's different with this version?
- At the beginning of the day, the shop assistants click on a button which looks for the downloads of new stock quantities and details - and messages you prepared for them. Each shop will have their own specific details. The shop till program imports the information and updates its database. The shop assistant reads and prints out any message you wish to send them. All this on one click.
- At the end of the day, the shop manager does the cashing up, entering the breakdown of notes and coins into the program's cashing up area, they write a short message if they wish, then they press a button and the program uploads all the day's sales items, payments received (and methods of payment) and the latest stock quantities of items sold, plus other messages and warnings you might need to read.

You can print the barcode labels for the new and replacement stock saves having more than one barcode label printer).
You can set messages to scroll across the till screen at regular intervals, reminding the staff about various things.
You can receive the results of stocktakes, which are automatically imported into your system at the end of the shop's stocktake process.
